Musical Chair's

Musical chair's is a game played a lot at children's birthday parties. In my country it's also played by adults at functions. This is how it's played.

First make a circle with chairs, one less than the number of children/adults playing. (Eg. if there are 10 players, place 9 chairs.) The players move around the chairs while the music is on. When the music stops they have to sit down on a free chair. The players without a chair is out. Take away one chair each time.

Reapt until you have only 2 players and 1 chair left. The one to sit down first on the last chair is the winner.

First day Australia

My first day in Australia was both a happy and exciting one. I arrived in the summer of December 20004. I was really excited to see my brother. He came 4 years before me. I came with my husband and my son. It was the first time I came to Australia. My brother took me to his house. I was very tired and upset because I missed my family. Australia is a very nice country I like everything here.

Holiday

We all love going for a holiday. After a hard working day, a holiday relaxes our mind and body. Last Australia Day we made a trip to Goulburn. My family and seven of our family friends joined the trip.

We got up at 6o'clock in the morning. I made breakfast for my family. We started for Goulburn. We took M5 on our way to Goulburn. The country side view was very beautiful, which really amazed us. We had lunch at Mc Donalds. We visited the river side , the park, the hill tops, Goulburn business centre and many other places. Finally we arrived at Sydney at 11o'clock at night.

I was really tired but I enjoyed the whole day.

The Stolen Generation

White people stole Aboriginal Children . Aboriginal Children were removed from their families, communities and culture. The Government sent them to non-Aboriginal foster families. The Government realised they were wrong , they didn't feel good and they are saying sorry. The majority of Aboriginal Children were removed from their families simply because of the colour of their skin. Many children have experienced physical, sexual and emotional problems in the foster families or instituions after they were removed. I think it is not good to separate their families they are not happy. It is difficult to find anyone from their genaretion who is happy about being denied the love of their parents and extended family.
